Terms and Conditions


1.1 The central email address for TMP Online Services is info@tmp-register.com, which will be referred to as the Service Provider henceforth and is responsible for operating the database. 1.2 This document outlines General Terms and Conditions (GTC) that pertain to using prepaid services provided by the aforementioned Service Provider according to section 1.5 of these GTCs, in addition to detailing rights and obligations both parties must adhere to when utilizing said service(s). These conditions apply not only between customers who enter into an agreement with our company but also extend towards any legal relationships involving a third-party customer's general terms or similar documentation from other providers; however, such instances are exempted under this policy framework where applicable provisions may exist within those separate agreements themselves if necessary - all while ensuring transparency through making available copies upon request, so individuals can easily access/print them accordingly.
1.3 The Client refers to the individual or corporate entity that compensates the Service Provider for access to the prepaid service as per section 1.5 of these General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter known as "the Customer").
1.4 A database should be construed as a comprehensive information system managed by the Service Provider, offering data from national, EU, and global registries not readily available to public consumption. Upon remittance of payment in accordance with Section 1.5 of GTCs for accessing this fee-based content within said databases will it become accessible.
1.5 Prepaid services encompass entry into proprietary areas on www.tmp-register.com's homepage operated by our company after receipt of funds covering three years' worth of usage fees (henceforth referred to simply 'Prepaid Services').
1.6 The service fee refers to the payment made by the Customer to the Service Provider in advance, for obtaining access to the Prepaid Service as per the current offer of said provider (hereinafter known as "Service Fee").
1.7 Upon finalizing a contract between both parties - i.e., when an agreement is reached regarding provisions related to providing and receiving prepaid services from one another – these General Terms & Conditions will become effective.
1.8 In case any unilateral modifications are proposed by or deemed necessary on behalf of our esteemed Services Provider with regard specifically towards GTCs themselves; they must notify their respective customers accordingly through written communication before implementing such changes into actual practice so that all stakeholders remain well-informed about potential consequences thereof prior commencement date stipulated within contractual agreements already signed off upon earlier instances where applicable


2.1 A consensus may be established between the Service Provider and the Client regarding the delivery of Prepaid Services, provided that the client has remitted payment for said services as outlined in their current proposal.
2.2 The Client reserves the right to rescind from this agreement without justification within a 7-day period following its establishment concerning Prepaid Services provision; such an arrangement shall commence on receipt of service fees paid by them


3.1 The Service Provider shall deliver the Prepaid Service to the Customer in exchange for remittance of the Service Fee, as per its prevailing proposal.
3.2 The Customer must submit payment for the Service Fee via a bank transfer to an account specified by the Service Provider. Payment will be deemed complete upon receipt and crediting of the full gross amount into the service Provider's designated banking institution


4.1 The Service Provider utilizes the content from national, EU, and international registers to create the database "as is" without taking responsibility for ensuring the accuracy or completeness of information contained in these records.
4.2 The Service Provider shall not be held accountable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from accessing, using, or inability to use tmp-register.com — including but not limited to loss of profits; business losses; missed opportunities; disruption in commercial growth—even if they were aware that such damage might occur.


5.1 The agreement regarding the Prepaid Service will automatically cease upon completion of the predetermined one-year duration and cannot be terminated through conventional means.
5.2 Either party reserves the right to dissolve the contract for provision of the Prepaid Service with immediate effect in instances where there is a violation by their counterpart. Before executing an abrupt termination, it is incumbent upon each contracting party to allow their fellow signatory ample opportunity for rectifying any lapses that warrant such dissolution (provided they can be addressed). Any situation rendering continued collaboration untenable shall constitute valid grounds for termination.


6.1 At TMP Online Services , we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with the services rendered, you have the option to request a refund within 60 days from the date payment is submitted. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at info@tmp-register.com with your order details and the reason for your dissatisfaction. We will process your request promptly and ensure that any eligible refund is issued in accordance with our refund policy. This refund policy applies only to the services provided and is subject to our standard terms and conditions.


7.1 These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) along with the specific agreements are governed by United States law.
7.2 The parties involved shall endeavor to resolve any disputes arising from these GTC or the agreement for delivering Prepaid Services through discussions, initially outside legal proceedings. In case such negotiations prove unsuccessful, either party may seek recourse in a Polish court having appropriate jurisdiction over the matter at hand.


8.1 As part of the services provided and upon receipt of the Service Fee, the Service Provider will draft an article highlighting the Customer's company's achievements and accomplishments (hereinafter referred to as the Article Showcasing Service).
8.2 The Article Showcasing Service aims to showcase the Customer's brand journey and successes, enhancing the Customer's reputation and visibility.
8.3 The Service Provider reserves the right to edit the content of the drafted article for clarity, quality, and coherence while maintaining the integrity of the information provided by the Customer.
8.4 The Service Provider shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of business opportunities, arising from the use of the Article Showcasing Service, even if the Service Provider could have foreseen the possibility of such damages.
